1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Walker’s Doughnuts website and anyone who enquires about or books our catering services. By using this website or submitting a booking enquiry, you accept these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. If you continue to use the website after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.

2. Our Services

Walker’s Doughnuts provides mobile food truck catering for events across Melbourne and Victoria. Our menu typically includes fresh Doughnuts, premium Coffee, iced drinks, and a bakery line range. The exact menu, availability, and inclusions for each event will be confirmed in your personalised quote.

All images and descriptions on this website are a guide only. Final menu items and pricing are confirmed in writing as part of the booking process.

3. Quotes & Bookings

A quote is not a confirmed booking. To secure your date, we require:

• A signed or written acceptance of the quote
• Payment of any deposit requested at the time of booking
• Confirmation of event details including date, time, location and guest numbers

Until these steps are completed, your event date remains open to other bookings.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be set out in your quote. Generally, a deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or on the event date. We accept payment methods as agreed in the quote, such as direct bank transfer or credit card where available.

If payment is not received by the agreed date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Any deposit or prepayment may be forfeited depending on the notice given and costs already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be included in your quote.

We understand that events can change. Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule to a new date that suits both parties, subject to availability.

6. Event Logistics

The event organiser is responsible for providing safe and suitable access for the food truck, including adequate space, power and water where required by the agreed package. Site access and setup conditions must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust the menu if site conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was agreed.

7. Food Safety & Allergens

We prepare food in a commercial kitchen and follow food safety standards. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our products may contain allergens such as wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. Guests with severe allergies should contact us before the event to discuss suitability.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver every event as agreed. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services paid for. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair solution where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text and design, is owned by or licensed to Walker’s Doughnuts. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content from this website without our permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be dealt with in the courts of Victoria.
